A crisply faceted, luscious, sparkling hot pink ruby set in a solid 14k gold tube setting sits in an organic, lightly domed cup of solid sterling silver that has been hand fabricated entirely in recycled sterling silver. The forged dish has been tumbled for hours to gently soften the edges then oxidized and polished to highlight the rich organic texture. Sitting atop a thick band of brushed sterling silver, it's a blend of rustic, organic, contemporary luxury. The ruby is 4mm, the dish is 17mm across and sits up 6mm from the band.

*The lab rubies I use are created using the verneuil method. They are lab grown corundum, not synthetic, not glass. They are actually chemically, physically & optically the same composition as genuine ruby gems, it requires strong magnification in order to distinguish between the two.
