Payments
All prices are in American dollars. Canadian customers may pay in $Cad using current exchange rates as calculated by the currency converter at www(dot)xe.com. Or if you would prefer, email me and I will send you a paypal invoice in Canadian dollars.
My shopping cart is powered by Paypal, where I am able to accept payment by all major credit cards or by bank transfer. Paypal is secure, easy to use and free, there is no cost to you the customer to use this service. I do not receive your personal information (other than shipping address) from paypal.
Other methods of payment accepted:
All purchases outside of Canada must be paid for using Paypal. Please email for details if you are in Canada and wish to pay using a method other than Paypal. Money Orders are accepted from Canadian customers.

I will continue to ship from within the US once a week. For my American customers this means that depending on the day of your purchase and the day I'm heading across the border there may be a delay of up to 7 days from the day you purchase to the day your item is shipped. Please understand that due to often delayed shipping from Canada to the US you will still most likely receive your package sooner than if mailed from Canada within a day or two of your purchase.

Purchases are handled in a very timely manner. You will receive an email (usually within a few hours of your purchase) with your expected shipping date. All jewelry will arrive artfully packaged in a small gift box, ready to give as a gift or simply as a treat for yourself!
Return/Refund Policy
I guarantee the quality and craftsmanship of my work and want you to be 100% satisfied with your new jewels. Should an item not meet your expectations, you may return it (postmarked within 3 days of receipt) for a refund. If you have purchased an item as a gift, and it does not suit the intended recipient, but does require more time than the 3 days of receipt policy allows, it may be returned for a credit.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
A return authorization number (RA#) is required for any returns, please email me through the contact link in the top menu for one.
An item must be in original, unused condition with any and all tags attached, and must be returned in the original gift box/shipping materials along with any receipts or certificates of authenticity originally included with the item.
Returns must be shipped with insurance and delivery confirmation. No exceptions.
Any returned merchandise from outside of Canada must be shipped via postal services only and must be clearly marked on the Customs label as Returned Merchandise. Failure to do so will probably result in customs fees, taxes &/or duties that I will have to pay and that will be deducted from the refund.
My pieces are constructed for a lifetime of wear. In the case of breakage or damage that occurs through normal wear, please contact me. I will repair or replace your piece. If, in the unlikely case a piece needs to be repaired, materials may have to be substituted due to the unique nature and/or rarity of some of the components used in my designs. I do not manufacture the chains I use for my work, and as such, they are excluded from any warranty or lifetime guarantee.

Mailing List and Privacy Policy
Should you wish to sign up for my mailing list, please use the link in the bottom menu. The mailing list will only be used for occasional news and sale announcements. Emails are sent once every 4 to 6 weeks, and will always include at least one discount special or sale item available only to subscribers of my newsletter.

For those with allergies to cats, my studio is cat friendly. They don't make jewelry, they don't package or even help with the bookwork, but they do hang out in the studio.
In reference to CPSC and CPSIA regulations my jewelry is intended for wear and use by adults only and is not intended for children under the age of 13.
All photos are taken with a digital macro setting, this does make items appear larger than they are in hand, please be sure to read the measurements listed for each item.
